Mexican Themed Evening - 3 courses all for just £14.50
Our Head Chef, Gareth Gilder has recently become engaged to a Mexican lady, named Dunia. In celebration of his passion for all things Mexican, we will be serving a delicious Mexican menu on Wednesday 15th February. Try crab tostada, chorizo, potato & thyme quesaldilla, sea trout with rajas, fried bean burrito and lots more.
To start
Crab Tostadas The original version of nachos, cool creamy crab and avocado, light pickling of jalapeno, lime and coriander
Prawn Coctel, Shrimp, Queen scallops, cucumber Bloody Mary meets a prawn cocktail
Sweet and spicy squash, chick pea soup Full flavour puree soup finished with chilli oil
Mains
Chorizo, potato & thyme quesaldilla
Homemade mexican chorizo, sautéed potatoes, roasted tomato salsa, manchego cheese, red rice
Sea Trout with rajas
Fresh sea trout baked with rajas chilli cream, corn cakes, steamed broccoli, green salsa
Fried bean burrito
Mixed beans fried with spice baked in a flour tortilla shell, avocado crema, roasted salsa, feta cheese, corn salad

Mexican flan, Tequila syrup The Mexican version of crème caramel
Mango strawberry salad Mint, sugar, fresh fruit, finished with sorbet
