The Buccleuch Arms Hotel - Scottish Inn of the Year 2008/2009
Here is an overview of what's included in your stay at the Buccleuch Arms Hotel.
If you need assistance, please ask any of our friendly and accommodating staff who will do their best to answer your queries. A night porter is on duty between 12pm and 7am.
All guests are provided with White Company toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and handsoap.
Each room will have a selection of magazines and information about events and what to do during your visit to the Scottish Borders.
Room service is available for chilled champagne/drinks in the room
Use of the bar and lounge
Breakfast is included for those on our b&b rate and is served Monday to Friday between 6.45am - 9.30am and on Saturday and Sunday between 7.45am - 10pm. Choose from a fast breakfast, breakfast to go, light choices or go for the full works with a Buccleuch Scottish Grill.
Guest bedrooms are serviced daily and generally by 2.00pm and check out is by 11.00am on the morning of departure unless a prior arrangement has been made.
Freshly laundered towels and sheets daily.
All guest rooms feature Digital LCD TVs with Freeview. There is also a television in the lounge screening major sporting events.
We have enabled wi-fi wireless broadband throughout the hotel, so you can access your email and the Internet using your wireless-enabled laptop. Just ask at reception how to connect to our wi-fi network. Each room has a telephone.
During your visit to the Buccleuch Arms Hotel you can take advantage of our loyalty programme which is our way of saying thank you. As a reward for your loyal business we will allow you to accumulate stamps on your loyalty card for every £15 spent on food or drink. When all 12 spaces on the card are fully stamped you will receive the gift of the month.
